ImMATURE – Movie Review

Friendly Review : ImMATURE

Oh wow, I totally get what you mean! πŸ™Œ It’s incredible how “School Days” brought back all those nostalgic memories of our own school days, right? πŸ˜„ The series is so relatable and it’s like they captured all the ups and downs perfectly. From the laughter in the early episodes to the emotional rollercoaster in the last one, it’s a wild ride! 🎒 And can we talk about the amazing cast? Every actor and actress nailed their roles! 🌟 The music, oh my goodness, it’s like a blast from the past and adds so much to the whole experience. 🎡 I agree, it’s definitely a must-watch series, even better than “Flames” and TVF’s best original series yet! πŸŽ‰

Oh man, I totally feel you! 😩 Season 2 can be a bit of a letdown compared to the first one, right? πŸ™ˆ Spoilers aside, I have to agree with you on some points. The first season was just so relatable, funny, and down-to-earth. It had that perfect balance, even if it was a bit short with only 5 episodes. But season 2… well, it didn’t quite hit the mark. πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ

I get what you’re saying about not really needing a second season. The whole concept was about capturing the school life of students up to 10th grade, that phase where paths start to diverge. And if they were going to continue the story, they could’ve come up with a more solid plot. Season 2 felt like it was dragging on and on, right? It’s like they needed better writers on board to spice things up. πŸ–ŠοΈ

And oh boy, I miss the original Susu too! Vishesh Tiwari was just perfect for the role. It’s a shame they didn’t bring him back. The new actor, Naman Jain, just doesn’t quite fit the bill, and sometimes he goes a bit overboard with the acting. Plus, those unrealistic scenes with him being surrounded by girls after playing the guitar? Yeah, I cringed a bit too. 🎸

You hit the nail on the head with Rashmi Agredekar. She really carried the show with her unique persona, dialogues, and that infectious smile. It’s hard to replace someone like that. Chhaya, played by Kanika Kapur, just doesn’t have the same acting skills, even though she’s pretty. It’s like she’s missing that spark, you know? And the relationship between her and Dhruv is a bit confusing this season. Chhavi telling him to take a break, but then… well, it’s all up in the air. πŸ€”

Overall, I’d say season 2 is a bit of a mixed bag. It has its moments, but it doesn’t quite live up to the greatness of the first season. But hey, that’s just my take on it! What did you think about the other characters and storylines in season 2?
